I'm an inspiring individual with a passion for Health Science, Physiology, Physical Therapy, Physical Education and Well-being and health-related tools that empower people to live healthier and more fulling lives.

Qualified with a Master's degree as an Exercise Physiologist and a Specialised Strength & Conditioning certified trainer. I have extensive experience working as an intern strength and conditioning trainer for a professional elite rugby team, along with personal experience as an elite amateur athlete. Over 3 years of experience working with various population groups, I have developed an effective and professional holistic approach to health and physical therapy.

I've blended my passion for science and people and founded a strength & conditioning company that puts people first. helping to give individuals the tools and knowledge to transform their daily habits into richer and more fulfilling lives.
