    Superb set up and I really enjoy my 121 sessions with Thierry. He's a calm, warm, knowledgeable and really fun trainer who pushes you to exactly the right point to get the best out of your sessions. He's great at correcting sensitively and always calls out the improvements he sees as movements and exercises become more refined which helps you remember how to do things with better form moving forward. I particularly enjoy all the strength training and would honestly recommend Thierry to anyone who is looking to begin PT sessions. He builds muscle, and confidence and it's a great little gym set up.

    Fantastic experience. I have recommended Thierry to all my friends, whether they want to rehab after injury or develop muscle or fitness(sports specific or not). I worked with him 3x a week last summer in order to prepare myself for the Junior Great British Trials in Rowing. Having now represented GB over the summer, I believe this training was imperative in my development as an athlete and on my path to being selected for GB. Thanks to Thierry I started my season the fittest and most confident I’d ever been. Rowing is an intense sport and his training matched the sport and intensity perfectly. I also had a knee injury spring last year, saw another physio for a few months and nothing improved. Went to Thierry for help and he gave me an personalised rehab programme. I was fit to race within 3 weeks. Could not recommend enough!
